The owners behave with utmost integrity and take pride in their interactions with internal employees, clients and candidates. They are real partners - hands-on, without micro-managing, truly care about their employees and provide individuals with the guidance, tools and freedom to work in their own way. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want a real chance to make money and contribute to a growing organization, there isn't a better place to be.

If you lack initiative, are negative or are just looking to collect a paycheck, the company is not right for you.

Honestly I can't think of any.

Management has no respect for employees and likes to use them as scapegoats for their own incompetence. As was previously stated they have no clients - there is literally no work. The idea that if you work hard and make money does not apply as there is no opportunity to actually secure any placements to earn more money. It's very obvious that the only good reviews posted on this are from the owners/management themselves. They couldn't even properly fake a review to hopefully con future potential employees. This is 100% emblematic of their work - subpar and lazy.
