Pros

LOL - I wish I had something good to speak about this company. I wasted my time hoping things will improve.

Cons

This company is one big fraud. I look at all the awards listed and all I can say is they seem to be bought by money or by influence. The company is a one man show. The CEO runs multiple staffing companies under one banner and is known to give kickbacks to executives in Utility companies to get business from them. None of the products have any originality. They are all copy cat products - created by stealing ideas from existing products in the market. The CEO is a big liar and a joker. Talks with arrogance but has zero substance. Hires people by making false promises and once on-boarded thinks he own them. There are no growth opportunities in this company unless you are ready to wag your tail before the CEO.

Pros

The starting and base compensation is exceptionally competitive and easily the biggest draw to the company.

Cons

Immense Turnover Rate: There is a massive and noticeable revolving door here. Employee turnover is incredibly high across teams, which severely impacts day-to-day operations and team continuity. Outdated Technology & Vision: The company relies heavily on old technology and lacks a modern, forward-thinking vision. Innovation is minimal, making it difficult to progress or feel like you are building future-proof skills. Unhappy Clients: Due to operational gaps and outdated systems, client satisfaction is low. You will likely spend a lot of time managing frustrated customers and dealing with the fallout of unmet expectations. Unethical Executive Management: Leadership actions and decisions often cross into unethical territory. There is a distinct lack of transparency, integrity, and trust from the executive level down, which heavily damages company morale.
