Smart Energy Water

Is this your company?

STAY AWAY! SUS is unethical and borderline criminal. No one stays here for long, 5-6 months tops. You've been warned. - Sales Executive Smart Energy Water Employee Review

Pros

I worked with some very nice and sharp individuals during my time here.

Cons

Where do I start smh! 1.) The CEO DG is an absolute micro managing dictator. He has to be involved in every aspect of the everything. I don't believe he's ever heard of the word delegate. The guy is completely incompetent and incapable of receiving feedback. Also, if you aren't Indian you won't stay in a leadership position for long. 2.) There is a strong culture of gossip, backbiting, drama and the worst part is it's happening at the leadership level. 3.) SUS doesn't hire certain talented people due to their back ground i.e creed, race , and or fear of them being independent thinkers. The CEO thinks he's so intelligent but that couldn't be further from the truth.

Pros

The starting and base compensation is exceptionally competitive and easily the biggest draw to the company.

Cons

Immense Turnover Rate: There is a massive and noticeable revolving door here. Employee turnover is incredibly high across teams, which severely impacts day-to-day operations and team continuity. Outdated Technology & Vision: The company relies heavily on old technology and lacks a modern, forward-thinking vision. Innovation is minimal, making it difficult to progress or feel like you are building future-proof skills. Unhappy Clients: Due to operational gaps and outdated systems, client satisfaction is low. You will likely spend a lot of time managing frustrated customers and dealing with the fallout of unmet expectations. Unethical Executive Management: Leadership actions and decisions often cross into unethical territory. There is a distinct lack of transparency, integrity, and trust from the executive level down, which heavily damages company morale.
