Cons
All of the good reviews are from people in the Sales, Accounting and Marketing Department. Even in those departments there are issues, but specifically more if you are in Tech. a) Horrible Work/Life Balance- If you are in tech there is none. b) Poor Hiring- Their method is to hire people cheaply off of the street. Also, they hire for departments that don't need hiring and rarely hire for ones that do. c) Incompetent Managers- Due to poor hiring most project managers are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing 95% of the time. d) Little to No training- Since people are busy mopping up after incompetent leaders and project managers they have no time to train. Still, you will be held to the same expectations as a trained professional. e) Vague Compensation Policies- As an example you will get a "promotion" but no raise. So what type of promotion is it? f) Outdated products and tech- They use outdated technologies to save money and despite them willing to admit it their product has very little actual market value . g) Hypocrisy- They will talk you up nicely in front of others and flaunt a great culture but during the job they lose their mind — they have even gone as far as publicly humiliating their employees multiple times. h) Chaos- Because of all of this the company is in pure chaos. Nobody has any idea how things are happening, including clients. If you have read all of this — STAY AWAY. The money is not worth the trauma that comes with working at this place.
