      - Many good people with talent and heart, typically in the lower ranks - Product has high potential in the wild world we live in - Interesting issue the customer's have

      Cons

      - Full send towards profit over people or mission - Original culture died out - Don't express the wrong opinions - No long term vision set by leadership - Lack of transparency about direction, communication is chaotic and confused if present - Feels like someone came in to flip a company

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
