Pros

coworkers are amazing and have your back.

Cons

last four payroll dates have been late and of them the last 2 not received yet why would ADP terminate a relationship with a company? CEO too busy buying soccer team in England, or hosting Dubai classic or getting slync's name on a Zamboni for a Texas minor league hockey team.. he does love his sports. personally I thought CEOs for small startups needed to be a little more hands-on (and I don't mean schmoozing on the golf courses all around the world) + CFO was fired last week. (he was made a scapegoat for the CEOs mismanagement) + board is not involved enough. + employees are ignored and blamed for our current situation (we haven't been paid in a month.. but that's our fault?) + there is no open dialog .. managers say the only one who can answer any questions is Kirchner, but he's on a golf course + the new health insurance is a horrible replacement (who doesn't allow you to go to CVS?)

Pros

Great leadership under the John Urban team. It's a shame the actions of the former CEO, Chris Kirchner ultimately destroyed a great company with great people.

Cons

Former CEO was only interested in himself and the new leadership team could not recover from the legacy Kirchner left behind.
