Pros
- Full of talented people, offering a good creative emulation - Good Leads, they help you to learn a lot - creatives and imaginative projects - Really good to drive your creativity at its best - Most of the employees are really nice
Cons
- bipolar communication : asking you to share your opinion, but not happy when you share it - People preference : certain persons have a gold path (like friends of the managers), others have not and must keep to their place and be careful - Some managers can be really hard to work with because of their behavior - Weird ambiance, mixing excitement and fear. Improved with the opening of a second room where you’re not in sight of the project director
