Training is insanely short for the amount of information they throw at you. They expect you to memorize 15 clients and all the seperate ticketing systems they use, all the various remoting techniques which are different for every client for whatever reason, and negelting to giving you access to some of these things and client affiliated systems even after you go live.
Subject matter experts are worked too death, you can almost hear it in their voice. It sounds like they got maybe 4 hours of sleep. They teach you the specific client with power points in an hour and then point torwards knowledge based articles if you need help or themselves but they were constantly busy which is no fault of their own. You were almost left to figure it out jist to realize you didn't have access to some obscure function in a system.
