Very deceptive recruiting process. Ads suggest marketing/PR work, training in these fields, while really there's a brief session on the morning where one of the owners tells you to work harder and smile more or you won't get squat.
Then you get to walk door-to-door through some of the more fun parts of Philadelphia, all types of weather, regardless of crime, etc. And the whole time they're telling you that this is just training, that as soon as you get really good at this (and it's always just around the corner) you'll have your own office and be making thousands of dollars a week.
But they won't tell you this until well into your 2nd interview.
Almost everyone quits because of the unnecessarily grueling working conditions, hours, poor pay (straight commission), and lack of advancement. Don't waste your time, energy, money, or life here.
