      Pros

      great benefits. Company car. Never have to worry about car payment, gas, or car insurance anymore. great starting base salary, good commissions and residuals!

      Cons

      really cant think of any down sides to this company except the first three months will be a pretty big learning curve if you have no knowledge of the oil industry or the vast product data base you will be selling.

      There aren't any that I can think of.

      Cons

      They fired several people on last day of the year with no severance and attempted to cheat another employee who resigned out of accrued leave payout until threatened with legal action.
