Constructive and supportive team, very collaborative environment., forward thinking team of employees. The curation management has put into making sure the right staff is hired, and that team members can work well together is outstanding - it has contributed to the growing success of the company; we go out on happy hours at least once every 5 weeks to team build and continue to get to know one another so that work feels like a "family" environment. There is the option to work from home 2x a week, which is helpful if you need a slightly more flexible schedule. As long as you get your work done and average 8 hours a day M - F you are good. Also a great payment structure that gets you more money than the base salary you're hired on.

No 401k plan yet, but that should be available in the near future.
