Cons
Highly toxic environment. Most of the higher management people in Macedonia are not good to work at a hot dog stand. Nepotism at all sides. Hard working and capable people had to leave the company because all the wrong people are getting promoted. The ones related or they are buddies with the management. Also, the salaries are criminally low. Not only they are exploiting the situation in MKD, to save money (classic outsourcing), but also, 200+ employees are on the minimum wage by law in the country. No private health insurance. No perks or benefits. Dirty old office. It had great potential, but now, just avoid it by any means.
