Pension (not worth giving up your happiness though) Coworkers are great.

Culture is toxic, most of the leadership leads by control and intimidation, bullying environment, management and the board do not care enough to address the issues and focus on the employees, management only cares about themselves. The environment is full of distrust, departments fighting each other, secrets, games, etc.
