Decent pay, clean work environment

Poor management, and a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of professionalism with employees engaging in inappropriate relationships on company property. Instead of providing proper training, managers resort to berating and bullying their staff. The company’s direction seems to be declining rapidly. After a year of working here, I was completely burned out. I would highly recommend looking for opportunities elsewhere.
