Pros

Nothing. And I mean, nothing.

Cons

Absolutely appalling. No one should ever work here. Work life balance is horrendous and treat you like a child. Avoid the company! Management are terrible.

Pros

Supportive colleagues. Great training, second to none actually. Reasonable pay. Flexible.

Cons

Micro-managing and HR rule the environment. HR are 100% in support of the senior staff and nobody else. Very unapproachable and intimidating.

Pros

The training plan at SGSM has by far been the best plan I have experienced throughout my working life. The employees here have been very welcoming and the building as a whole is modern and aesthetically appealing. The opportunity and the culture at SGSM for encouraging their employees to express their individuality is very important to me and I am glad it has been taken on with such a positive outcome. The break-time system at SGSM is quite efficient and I personally believe it massively plays a big part for an individuals productivity throughout the working day. I love the idea of the promoting healthy eating and living with the subsidised gym membership benefit and the free fruit in the canteens.

Cons

Judging from past experiences, I personally think SGSM should adopt a whole new system across the board for inputting claims and seeing them through to the end (from cradle to grave). I also think that SGSM should eliminate the phone system and get Skype instead. it would increase the spaces on the desks, less wires and as a result of this it would minimise the risk of trips and falls on the floor. With this I also think it would be a great idea to all employees to get a company laptop, again, from past experience, having your own laptop massively increased productivity and the opportunity to work from home was seen as a benefit rather than a flaw across the board. To conclude, an updated and 'state of the art' system would benefit the company as a whole and i think it would draw the attention of people wanting to be part of the SGSM team. An updated system is a great selling point, especially in today's society.
