      There are some nice people in there

      To start with the HR team posts fake reviews with 5 starts at Glassdoor to improve their score. No clear career path, they hire people with little experience, junior profiles and give them too much responsibility because they are just focused on making as much money as they can and they do not want to invest on a senior role. The sales team is very efficient and sells projects but since the quality of the work is so low, due to lack of seniority on the teams no client stays and some clients even drop before the project is finished. On top of everything I was gaslighted by the HR person that hired me just because I did not want to go on a date or be friends with this person, very male dominant environment.

Te rogamos que, por favor, uses los canales oficiales de la compañía para denunciarlo y poder tomar las medidas disciplinarias oportunas con esta persona. Tenemos mucho que mejorar, pero somos una compañía que se esfuerza cada día en incorporar al talento femenino y visibilizar el importante papel de la mujer en nuestra profesión en particular y la sociedad en general. De hecho el 45% del equipo directivo son mujeres y el 60% de nuestro equipo de RRHH igual.

      Personally, one of the advantages Slashmobility has is that 1 to 1 treatment, If you require to get in touch with a manager, they get back at ASAP! The education program is excellent, they really thrive you to grow professionally….

      Pros

      - There were some good people there, my lead was a very good person and I felt like she cared for my growth, but the environment did not really allow her to support me the way I needed

      Cons

      - This company lies to their customers and delivers very low-quality and bad solutions, I felt like growing in this environment was impossible - The work-life balance is not good, overwork, and almost no flexibility to even go to the doctor - A big red flag, when I was there they faked glassdors reviews, I tried to give this review twice and it has been removed both times, I don't know how they get away with this. - I suffered harassment from HR personnel and no one seemed to care, the only way out was to leave, I kept being harassed via Linkedin and Whatsapp and it really had a toll on my mental health. - Pay was way below average
