Well treated in general over time. Provided space and facilities for customer meetings.
Cons
Not really sure why the company allowed this, but gave professional members of their staff less than 7 days notice that their job would be terminated though they knew of the situation in advance of this. The situation was discovered by employees indirectly through a paperwork process, not directly from the management. Additionally, Skylla management had other employees not directly impacted by the 'layoff' looking for other people to fill the positions prior to those being let go finding out. The premeditated nature of their handling of the situation is troubling.
