Very light on training. High turnover. Bullying, gossip, and general toxicity are rampant within the office. HUGE lack of boundaries and the actions of several people make it a very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment to be in. There is no HR. Upper management turns a blind eye to bad behavior as long as the person is making them money that quarter. Managers run their own desks, so they’re more focused on their own numbers rather than empowering and helping their teams succeed.
