Pros
Very messy, but something can be a good thing. Flexible working and hybrid style. Most of the people are willing to help.
Cons
High attrition rate. A SME with the same high dose of politics drama as in a MNC. Thinly stretched company infrastructures, manned by under-staffed zombies. Management that like to micromanage and too many commander-in-chiefs that want to have a say on anything, though they have no clues. No clear goal on how to run an empire of childcare centres, but yet have a clear goal on how to make profits from the parents and government. SOP constantly changing and transparency is found wanting.
