Curriculum mapped out, supportive staff, people actually like being at work. Students are all across the board but seem to want to learn. More relaxed than public school by far.

Lower end salary. Sometimes calendar changes and sports impact the schedule and make it difficult to work around end of day class periods.

Lots of freedom in your work (no one ever checks in on you), breaks are good (like all teaching positions)
