good coworkers, flexible scheduling, fun environment

unstructured, lack of management, lack of protocol

Easy to take off work, decently simple to switch shifts, coworkers are fun and can be a really welcoming environment at times.

Really inconsistent hours- kept hiring more people but then cut hours back. Some managers also very moody. No one got fired, which is plus/con-bad employees still kept, and good employees called out when they did something slightly less then usual. Underpaid- minimum wage.
