Pros
Working with the clients warms your heart. Some of the staff are great as well. Benefits are a plus!
Cons
Some of the management team are really clickish. They act like they are in high school. They need to grow up. They want/need you to work overtime. Then you get reprimanded for working too many hours. It doesn't make much sense to me.
