Pros
This was my first fully remote job, and honestly when I joined in 2022, I had my doubts — wasn't sure if the company was genuine, whether salary would be credited on time, or if there was any real job security. Over time, those worries went away completely. I joined as a Trainee Associate and have since been promoted to Team Lead, and in that journey I learned people management, leadership, and how to actually work in a remote-first culture — skills I didn't have before joining. Remote work flexibility here is genuinely great, they trust you to manage your own time as long as the work gets done. The learning curve is steep in a good way, team culture is supportive, and leadership is approachable — you can have a real conversation with seniors, not just follow orders blindly.
Cons
Growth has genuinely happened for me — I moved from Trainee Associate to Team Lead here — and I think it would feel even more rewarding for everyone if promotion criteria were a little more visible and structured along the way. Things can get a bit intense during high-target periods, where you naturally end up putting in some extra hours, but it's nothing the team doesn't push through together. They're continuously improving processes too, so things do feel like they're heading in the right direction.
