      - Everyone around is so talented and competitive, you get to learn a lot here - High ownership and responsibility is what I enjoy and is what I get here, you feel equally part of the company as anyone else

      Cons

      Will not say its a con but because Skellam is still a early startup there are very few employee benefits in place as of now.

      Cons

      The work is not good and also not relevant to your skills. They laid off entire teams without any notice so definitely there's a lot of job insecurity. The company is barely surviving and might shut down any minute.
