      Values driven company - really care about their people and the environment Good salary and benefits package Bit different from other construction companies - could be the Swedish influence

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
