Pay and benefits were acceptable and the overall company values were upheld. The projects available to work on and learn from would set you on the fast track to understanding the industry.
Cons
No support to fresh graduates that would set them up to succeed in such a demanding industry. No warning of any kind as an employee if you were not performing to their standards except with a termination notice.
