Management is pretty transparent and trustworthy. The company had some struggles as the Craft Brewing space declined, but we've expanded into new markets and business is up. I really like the people I work with.

Our processes could be improved. We work pretty hard, but when it gets really busy we sometimes miss something because process and documentation aren't clear.
