      New company, growth and that's all.

      Cons

      Don't give up your current job till you pass the test... if you don't pass it you are out of luck. Young company in the US from Germany. It's not what you know but age is a factor. Hard to collect from expenses takes months, they tend to blow it off.

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
