Team members are helpful Work From Home (but calls you even at midnight ,beacuse you are in home)
Cons
Hike( they will delay every year, first by 4 months then by 6 currently ongoing by 8) Worst HR you could find in the world,they give the same copy paste reply when ever we ask anything , never respond to mails ... Worst managemnt also, even ask us to work extra hours or weekends but never responds to our concer regarding hike or delay in the PF fund so on Even the senior employes never questions even if their hike also gets delayed dont know why Better think twice before joining here
