Pros
If you are interested in the hearing aid industry its a great way to learn a lot. The office is very modern and you get the opportunity to help others. The pay was around average for being call center work
The training was good and I felt like my team members were always around to help. The team members are warm and welcoming and management is usually very responsive.
Cons
I was hired as a remote worker and they switched to a hybrid environment after 1 year, rather abruptly. I needed a job with more flexibility so this was a con for me. The pay was around average. The management was being moved around a lot at the time and they had also moved locations so there was a lot of changes we had to adjust to, new processes and software changes as well. If you enjoy stability this might be a con for you.
