Because it is an advertising agency, it gets really busy and lots of extra hours are put in

•combination with International business culture and Japanese local culture •Always open to new ideas especially about creative •New challenge is always welcomed

•Extremely busy. You need to work sleeplessly some times. •Language barrier since some Japanese employees are not able to speak English. •Not seceded to develop business with domestic client since company culture doesn’t fit to tipical Japanese companies.
