      Easy training. Easy targets to hit.

      Cons

      Limited, monitored personal time. Limited time between calls, longer than 2 minutes you get flagged. 9 minutes a day for bathroom breaks, longer you get flagged. Managers constantly monitor your screen and listen to your calls.
