3yThank you for your review, we are not sure of the date of the review and when you actually worked with SiteMinder given you mentioned beer on Fridays as a perk, and this has not been in place within SiteMinder since pre COVID 2020. We do read all our reviews and wanted to reach out to you. It is clear that you may have left SiteMinder some time ago and it appears that you also worked with us for a very short time. We are sorry the experience didn’t appear to leave you with the best impression.
However, our SiteMinder teams across Sales in fact work incredibly hard for our customers ensuring that we support their needs through consultative selling addressing their hospitality needs and we ensure that our customers are given a full demonstration of the product setas part of our onboarding process. We also have a wonderful Customer Support team dedicated to ensuring our customers are always fully supported. You have mentioned some negative thoughts around our software offering, however we at SiteMinder are incredibly proud of our Software service which we have seen win an amazing nine accolades from Hotel Tech Awards at the start of 2023, including winning awards for the Best Hotel eCommerce Platform, The Number One Hotelier’s Choice Award, the Best Channel Manager and the Best Booking Engine. Our colleagues are proud to work for SiteMinder and we are proud of everything they do - every single day.
