Good company, not that good managers - Finance SiteMinder Employee Review

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I wanted to share how we look at engagement feedback. We use real time feedback through 'OfficeVibe' that always allows Managers and HR teams to be fully visible of what we do really well and to highlight any concerns. By way of example, our Finance team regularly engages with high participation rates month on month, giving very positive scores to 'People Management', 'Employee Engagement' and 'Happiness', well above an impressive company benchmark! We are so proud of our people and teams here at SiteMinder. As a global business we also work hard on connectivity to ensure that we get in front of our global teams every month with 'Town Hall' style meetings, both at a site level all the way up to EMEA. We also ensure every colleague gets to hear directly from our CEO, Sankar and our Leadership team through monthly All Hands Meetings.
