The company is friendly and supportive, making it an excellent place for those starting their careers in IT after graduation. The majority of the team members have been with SiteHost for 3 to 4 years, which speaks volumes about the work environment and company culture. There are numerous opportunities for learning and professional growth, especially if you love engineering. Team building events and off-sites are regular. Overall, SiteHost is a great place to work, particularly for those passionate about technology and engineering.

From what I know, the company has limitations for professional growth; after 6 years with SiteHost, you may reach your career ceiling there, unfortunately.

SiteHost's size is ideal for early-career developers. It is small enough to have the flexibility to experiment with various technologies on different projects. At the same time, it is big enough to have some existing structures, patterns and guidelines to follow when tackling tasks and projects. The company is very tech-focused and most of the employees are from tech backgrounds, it is great working with these like-minded people.

On-call rotation can be draining but it has slowly gotten better since I first joined.
