- Energizing to be at a place with such huge market potential - Great sales & GTM culture ("one team" / "winning together" mentality) - Leadership is genuinely invested in teammates & their career development; potential for good career runway here - Teammates across the org are thoughtful. They are invested in their work & in Sisu as a company - I feel encouraged to voice opinions and provide input...leadership listens & actively seeks feedback - We've continued to work collaboratively despite COVID

There's a lot of work to do (not necessarily a bad thing), so need to really drive focus and prioritization (both at a company & individual level)
