Pros

Too many pro's to list them all :) Not only is Sirenum is an amazing product, but the company and culture is out of this world. I have been at Sirenum for 5 months now - I have worked in sales and recruitment for nearly 20 years, but I wanted to take a different path and not be pigeon-holed. Sirenum gave me the opportunity to re-train - become a Salesforce Admin and be a Pre-Sales Engineer. I love my job - I get to be really creative. The culture is almost unbelievable....unlike most companies values....we actually live and breathe ours. We are all respected, valued and trusted - it's totally unique. Incredible work/life balance - I work remotely which gives me flexibility. We practice what we preach......flexibility and agility. The people are wonderful - kind, caring, thoughtful, intelligent, funny. We are a TRUE team. We are going to dominate the market this year - especially with a very healthy investment round last year!

Cons

Absolutely none at all - 100% brilliant

Pros

Open door management style; all ideas are good; "yes, and..." and very team-oriented - you feel people have your backs covered, and good work is publicly acknowledged outside of your immediate team. Supportive environment to grow your skillset, although you need to figure out where you want to grow. The mindset they are trying to foster is to work with integrity and to make decisions based on this - even if it means benefiting the client but to our financial detriment. Trust is crucial in this respect - working from home, managing your own time and whereabouts; as long as you can manage your workload, flexibility is fine.

Cons

As typical of a start-up company, finances are always in focus - but I think this will ease up as we grow.
