Pros
Clean, friendly and fair. Transparency with management. You get out of it what you put into it. Just enough rules but hardly any micro management. It’s clear what’s expected of you.
Cons
There are two locations. One location has more of a team environment, which I like. The downtown location is very much everyone working independently with little interaction with each other. Not negatively, just very much like you do your job and then go home. This has been amplified by Covid.
