Pros
Great team, fantastic exposure, self-directed opportunities to grow. Definitely worth it for a young Music Industry professional to take on.
Cons
Sometimes you will be asked to do "intern" tasks, and I noticed some bias towards asking the girls to do this over the guys. Avoidable if you focus on your actually significant work, but still not a great thing.
