There are some nice supportive people

Most of those in charge have never worked anywhere else. Awful old fashioned hierarchy system.

All members of staff are treated with respect from cleaners through to partners. Great care is taken to ensure that workstations are comfortable and workers have access to everything they could need to make their working day run smoothly including dedicated places to meet for tea-breaks and lunch. Friendly and professional staff. Training given readily. Fair pay.

Some worries among staff about forthcoming changes to processes but most accept that these are necessary in the current legal climate.
