Quick hire process, opportunity to build a network. They work mainly as contractors for financial institution, so you get the chance to work closely with some upscale firms. If you are smart, you can get a position in these places or use the experience to move somewhere else.
Cons
This is a more IT place, it is easy to get stuck in the "consultant" position, payment is low and benefits are kept to a minimum. Below average people, because the good ones keep going.
