Pros
The company allows a very steep learning curve, but plateaus very fast as well.
Cons
The learning plateaus after a while. No laptop, no company owned office. Culture is not good, it is more of a consultant role in which founders expect you to complete everything without any guidance. This hinders learning from seniors. Compensation is not competitive.
