Pros
The staff is great below leadership positions, very hard working. Semi-casual dress code is nice M-F with casual every Friday.
Cons
Property preservation as a whole. Leadership is an absolute failure from the top down. ZERO actual leadership ability, only people who have been there for years. Tenure does not equate to the ability to manage people. Worst manager/supervisor/TL to employee interaction I've ever seen with any company I've ever worked for. Instead of asking employees or leading through example they belittle the employees and tell them they're not doing good enough and need to do better, work through lunches, stay late, and come in early even if they're already working OT then throw anyone less tenured under the bus for mistakes of those that have been there for years. I've heard managers tell employees they are wasting their time by asking for their help, seen new employees get fired for not being trained properly, and heard Management in team meetings discuss the details of people quitting while talking trash on the person. At least half of the department is actively seeking other employment or just waiting for one more thing before they too quit.
