      Good place to work in order to learn basic skills if you are interested at all in the field of sales. Although don't stick around too long.

      Cons

      They offer low salaries and prey on recent college graduates with a shiny office but you will make no money and they have difficult targets you won't meet.

      Great initial sales training. Great place to start your career.

      Cons

      Its transactional, not consultative so in the long run you will make less money being in a transactional sale. Be weary of some high pressure sales tactics. It can be a great place to start and learn from but not the exact type of sales process you want to carry throughout your entire career.
