Pros

I met some very good people

Cons

This company is extremely misleading. I was hired with promises about how well they were doing and what I could expect to earn my first year — none of it was true. There was zero training in an industry I had no background in, and I was left completely on my own to figure things out. It felt like I was being set up to fail from the start. A week before being let go, my manager told me I was doing well. Then out of nowhere, I was terminated on a Tuesday under the excuse of “restructuring” and wasn’t even paid through the end of the week. That says everything about how they treat people. If you’re considering working here, think twice. Lack of transparency, lack of support, and no regard for employees.

Pros

This company is innovative in its approach to using AI for corporate compliance. Full payment of medical benefits. Virtual informative meetings.

Cons

Poor management & training, company is a small business ran like a fortune500 yet does not provide annual reviews or compensation properly, causes unnecessary stress on core workers to meet high demands without just pay; poor organization/communication structure - the higher-ups lack of full knowledge of the industry being served causes constant changes in process of work and lack of consistency; overly dependent on technology which causes mass panic when IT issues occur; unnecessary micro-management structure which causes disgruntled employees. The company started off as a warm, welcoming new start and quickly turned as cold as the technology it uses. Constant mentioning of how much more money the company needs to make can exhaust the service and sales team.
