Huge company with lots of room for movement if you want to travel and show your worth.

I would say that the huge company also comes with its so big we are all isolated business units and don't really work with each other to solve problems and grow. Slow to change.

Work life balance and company is laid back.

Doesn’t pay fair wages. Micro managing. Poor communication due to company structure.
