-Good work life balance -- your time is yours after 4.30pm -Daily snack and lunch provided -Little expectations placed on teaching staff

-Highly disorganised -- late notice of events, email and communications not synced -WEAK and ABSENT management -- biased leadership, unfair promotions or non-promotions, highly infrequent meetings, infrequent updates from principal, no idea what deputy principals are doing either -Lack of consequences or punishments for misbehaviour - for staff and students alike -Unequal workload for Asians and non-Asians -- great if you're white because you get to play dumb and slack
