      Good benefits & generous time-off Stable company; no major restructuring or lay-offs Industry leader – global corporate office is local Good exposure to international business Chance for cross-departmental job training and/or advancement Most managers have an open door policy

      Cons

      ERP system should be updated to meet needs (but is not useless) Varied experience amongst management team Stability can breed complacency

      Pros

      They recognize hard workers and everyone is willing to work with each other in my department

      Cons

      Territory has grown in last 5 years and it is hard to give the same service I gave 5 years ago as I am stretched thin. Travel is more frequent.
