      Pros

      Great employees ready to work with you on projects requiring collaboration. Simulia treats employees well even when they are just summer interns, and if you work with them for multiple years as I did (four consecutive summers) your work builds on itself, becoming more interesting over time.

      Cons

      If you do not like the idea of working for a company that is very corporate, Simulia is probably not for you.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.

      Great work life balance Truly unlimited PTO Friendly coworkers who are willing to help you learn the software and proprietary tools My manager is very hands-on -- management is mostly past engineers so they are also very qualified
