      Pros

      Was good until CFO hired was great atmosphere before him. Micro managing condescending secretive self serving was his way. Good people high pay but...,

      Cons

      After CFO lots of turnover pushed people out. Doesn't care abt employees really and it shows a lot of people not enough training and pressure to work like slaves

      As always, we appreciate the feedback. While I don't work directly for the CFO, I work closely with him. I have not found this to be the case in my dealings with him nor has anyone in that department come to me with this type of any issue. I will however look into this and ask members of his department about this. Once again, thank you for the feedback.

      WFH flexibility. Gas / mileage reimbursement.

      Cons

      Leadership issues and lack of respect from subordinates. Growing too fast - not focused on the teams that were already in place.
